Transparency
Transparency is vital to us.
As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, we are required to make our Form 990 available to the public. However, we believe in informing our community of more than just the minimum. Below you’ll find key documents related to our finances, including the required Form 990. We invite you to dive into this information to better understand the financial outlook of the Copper Shores Community Health Foundation.
As with most organizations, our financials are presented on an “accrual basis.” To provide additional clarity, the “cash-basis” supplemental reports contained in our audit provide clarity to annul granting that is expended. These supplemental reports, although not required, are essential in helping provide a more complete understanding of our annual operating budget, and any grant- or program-related expenditures.
If you have any questions about these things, we welcome you to contact us.
Annual Report
Every year we put out an annual report which highlights the previous year and looks forward a bit to what's coming next. Below you can download PDFs from the last few years. If you'd like to receive an email when we publish our next annual report, fill out the form here.
