November 22, 2024 | By Emilie Jacques

Copper Shores Community Health Foundation is excited to announce the second annual GivingTuesday Live, taking place at the Copper Country Mall. Community members are invited to join Copper Shores on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, GivingTuesday, to come together in support of the Copper Country community, while learning about and contributing to the important work being done by local nonprofits.

2024-11-21-GivingTuesday-NonprofitsLiveEvent-OL-1x1-v1 (1)Patrons can start making in-person donations at 10 a.m. when the Copper Country Mall opens. The Copper Shores team will be at the mall until 6 p.m., helping donors make contributions to their nonprofit(s) of choice, answering questions and running the show.

Many of the participating nonprofits will be on-site at the Copper Country Mall, providing valuable information about their services and programs. Representatives from these organizations will be available to answer questions, share their mission, and engage with community members. Visitors are encouraged to stop by, make in-person donations and learn more about the organizations that are working to better the Copper Country.

In addition to supporting individual nonprofits, community members can also contribute to the #GiveCopperCountry Amplification Fund. This fund is designed to increase the collective impact of GivingTuesday donations, with the fund being split proportionally among participating organizations. Every donation made to the Amplification Fund will be celebrated with a fun corn hole toss, offering donors the chance to enter and win exciting door prizes while supporting a good cause.

This GivingTuesday celebration would not be possible without the generosity of Moyle Construction, who donated the space in the mall for the entire day. ShoreWaves Internet and Telephone has also agreed to provide free wifi, a small treat for nonprofit partners and a necessity for making online donations while visiting the mall.

Whether you're looking to donate to a specific cause or simply want to contribute to the overall growth of the amazing local nonprofits, this is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our community.

Join Copper Shores on GivingTuesday, December 3, consider making a donation and amplifying your impact.
