Mandy Lounibos is an RN with many years of experience working in community and primary care. She has a master's degree in public health with a focus on improving community health by increasing access, education, and promotion that is research based. She grew up in Maryland and moved to the midwest in 2002. Mandy has been in the UP since 2011.
