ACEs Training

Adverse Childhood Experiences Training

What are Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)?

ACEs are potentially traumatic or stressful experiences that can happen to any of us before we turn 18. That can include, but isn’t limited to abuse, neglect and household challenges.

According to the MI ACE Data Dashboard, ACEs are common, and have the potential to significantly affect physical, mental, and economic health. Focusing on prevention can dramatically reduce their negative impacts on individuals and communities.

This is why Copper Shores is doing its best to help people through these difficult moments.

Take ACEs Training

ACEs are connected to the way people behave in adulthood. By preventing ACEs, the community is healthier overall.

Training is flexible and can be suited for beginners and health care professionals, ranging from one hour to multiple days.
